We also place significant consideration on Sustainability, Renewable and Low Carbon Technology Options which include Biomass Heating, Photovoltaics. HOCA are very familiar with the requirements of BREEAM in relation to Local Authority Projects and especially Schools Projects. We are currently engaged in a Local Authority high profile project where our introduction Green Roof Technology played a significant role in enhancing the aesthetics of the building and thereby enabled the planning decision process to be less arduous. |
