Residential
We have a variety of residential project experience ranging from social housing to the private sector. Uppermost in our design philosophy is the recognition of cost constraints and our ability to deliver projects within budget.
We will establish, clarify, and define your building needs in a detailed and transparent fashion. Our project management experience enables us to collaborate in a highly effective manner with all parties.
This ensures that potential issues of concern are properly identified and resolved at the earliest in order to avoid encumbering the client.

Sustainability.
The sustainability targets that we are work towards guide us to significantly mitigate the impact on the environment.
HOCA aspire to the targets as set out under central government policy and actively seek to incorporate sustainability in accordance with The green Guide to Specification.
We are also committed to adhering to the 'Homes and Communitieis Agency' goal to reduce the environmental impact of the supply chain and design our buildings to bring significant parts of our supply chain into an internationally recognised reporting mechanism.
The Carbon Challenge initiative was tasked with testing the code for Sustainable Homes at the highest level, namely zero carbon at level 6, thereby helping to accelerate the homebuilding industry's response to climate change. To assist HOCA in the design objective we endeavour to employ the latest technology in relation to Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).
As an architectural design practice we are committed to renewable energy technology and seek to introduce aspects such as Solar and Photovoltaic cells and panels, Grey Water installations and similar carbon reducing technologies.
At HOCA we believes that a strong and sustainable community needs to include all its members, including those who are older or vulnerable.

Delivering Value Engineering - Designing for Optimum Value
In examining design options for our projects, HOCA draws upon their in-house knowledge and expertise in relation to Off-Site Manufacture (OSM) and modular building design.
We are able to produce design solutions that capitalise on the principals of modularity, and at the same time produce bespoke design solutions that adhere to the principals of sustainability.

Working with William and his team was a pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble, our ideas and suggestions, however outrageous, were taken into consideration, everyone was courteous at all times .....
